Vintage Embroidered Jacket/Dress One-Shoulder Jacket Off-the-Shoulder Jacket Asymmetrical Jacket

A Embroidered Jacket/Dress that was made exclusively for Tesoro's in Manila, Philippines. It is brown linen material with white embroidery down the front, the sleeves and collar. It includes the belt made of the same material. This was curated from a woman who was a world traveler and one of the first women in the Navy. No other information as to age, but at least more than 20 years old.
